EDV-Consult IT GmbH is a Vienna, Austria based company founded in 1995.
Our business encompasses the fields of operational Linux and Windows based support, systems administration, automation, devops, and application development & training.

EDV-Consult’s well-selected staff is used to easily team up with our customer’s IT department staff to guarantee a high quality delivery of services.
The scope of those services ranges from systems management, systems security and disaster recovery planning, over troubleshooting and change management, up to help-desk management including first, second and third level support, onto application development, standardizations and user trainings.
EDV-Consult’s startup services support customers when they have to integrate applications into their existing environments or launch new applications. The EDV-Consult team takes over from the very start and smoothly passes operations and know-how onto their clients’ staff. Specialized trainers in the various IT fields accompany this transition process.
Amongst our customers are Hewlett-Packard, Mobilkom Austria, Tele.Ring, T-Mobile, Philips Medical Systems, and the Arab National Bank.
For A1 Telekom Austria, Austria’s leading mobile phone service provider, we have been running operational billing support on a 7*24 basis since 1998.
In 2001, we won a tender for Tele.Ring, Austria’s number 3 in this business. After a hand-over period of only 3 months they have been given full responsibility for the whole billing system.
For the Arab National Bank, we managed their UNIX systems in Riyadh.
